The Ministry of Science and Technology on April 22 announced the 2021 National Science and Technology Business Incubators List. Zhongshan Torch 01 Co-Creation Technology Business Incubator (01 Incubator) operated by Zhongshan Torch Lingyi Co-creation Incubator Co Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongshan Torch Industries Group, and Zhongshan Tan's Park operated by Zhongshan Tan's Park Investment Co Ltd, made the list and were promoted to as National Science and Technology Business Incubators.

The 01 Incubator has a total area of over 21,000 square meters. There are 51 enterprises currently under incubation and 19 incubated, with an incubation fund of 55 million yuan. It has also incubated 18 high-tech enterprises and 4 enterprises above designated size.

Tan's Park, established in 2015, is divided into six functional areas for high and new technoloy, e-commerce, culture and creativity, university-industry research, education and training, and industrial support. It has established a full-chain incubation and cultivation system of "makerspace, science and technology business incubator, industrial accelerator and science park".

This time, a total of 149 incubators were filed as National Science and Technology Business Incubators.
