The digitally managed factory of TCL Delonghi Home Appliances (Zhongshan) Co Ltd located in Nantou Town, Zhongshan City, operates without a hitch.

To resolve uncontrollable problems concerning production and delivery time, efficiency, cost and product quality factors due to unclear and unobservable production information,TCL Delonghi has invested more than 50 million yuan to promote the construction of a digital factory and improved production efficiency, and facilitated the digitalization of all links including sales, R&D, supply chain, processing, quality control, warehousing and logistics by introducing seven major systems including Seiko cloud MES system since 2019.

TCL Delonghi has shortened its delivery cycle by 27 days, increased its production efficiency by 28%, and achieved an output value of 1.54 billion yuan in 2021, up 36% year on year.

TCL Delonghi is a joint venture between TCL Group and the Italian Delonghi Group founded in 2005. It is the first factory in China specializing in the production of mobile air conditioners and dehumidifiers. It is also one of Nantou Town's leading enterprises adopting "digital+" industrial transformation.
