Design sketch of ZOS-Park (phase II)

The eighth batch of inefficient industrial park renovation projects in Torch Development Zone, including the phase II of ZOS-Park (Zhongshan Overseas Students Park of China), Highway Steel Structure Industrial Park and Fortune Intelligence started demolition for renovation on June 6. These projects cover a total land area of 5.2 hectares, with a gross investment of 937 million yuan and 253,300 square meters of new-type comprehensive industrial park areas to be built.

ZOS-Park is located on Dongzhen Dongyi Road in Torch Development Zone, and its first phase has fully come into use. The second phase plans a 100-meter-high international talent center and a 60-meter-high incubation center, with a total investment of about 678 million yuan. The project will focus on the introduction of projects and talent in such sectors as photoelectric information, new material and new energy, healthcare and medicine, culture creativity and etc.

The Highway Steel Structure Industrial Park project is located on Qiguan Dong Road in Torch Development Zone. An investment of 133 million yuan will be used to build new-type high-standard factory buildings for the production of intelligent electronic equipment. The project is estimated to reach an output value of 350 million yuan and tax revenue of about 10 million yuan.

The Fortune Intelligence project is located on Yanjiang Xiyi Road in Torch Development Zone Electronic Information Industrial Park. With an investment of 126 million yuan, it plans to build high-standard intelligent factory buildings for intelligent injection equipment manufacturing and high-end baby products production. Its output value is estimated to hit 300 million yuan and tax revenue 10 million yuan.
