The groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Hongji E-Valley Huangke Electronic Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park renovation project on June 14 in Nantou Town.

Hongji E-Valley covers an area of 62.7 mu, with a construction area of 150,000 square meters. It aims to attract quality enterprises in high-end service, strategic emerging and cultural creative industries, covering such fields as smart home, electronic information, biological medicine, precision machinery, energy and environmental protection, and etc. The park will be developed into a high-end industrial cluster for manufacturing, R&D and design bases, incubation bases, e-commerce bases, corporate headquarters, product exhibition centers and producer services.

The industrial park is the largest independent renovation project in Nantou Town. It will be independently renovated with an investment of 600 million yuan from a local enterprise. "70 to 80 high-quality enterprises will settle in the park upon its completion to provide an estimated output of 1.5 billion yuan per year," said Chen Xiang, deputy general manager of Guangdong Hongji Industrial City Development.
