Located in the Dongsheng District of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan CTR Household Technology Co Ltd (CTR China) is an enterprise that develops and produces electric heaters and accessories, household air fresheners, nebulizers and personal care electrical appliances.

"In December last year, a world-famous brand in the household chemical industry invited bids from domestic enterprises for an order exceeding 100 million US dollars and CTR China was the final winner. The company's trump card is its automatic unmanned production workshops, which earns better cost performance figures over its competitors," said Wu Shenghui, head of Zhongshan YiEn Automation Technology Co Ltd, a partner of CTR China.

CTR China, founded in 2006, is the only branch of the Portuguese company CTR (a well-known professional manufacturer of small household electrical appliances) in China.

After winning the order, CTR China and YiEn Automation joined forces and developed the "Automatic Cement Filling Machine with Ceramic Heating Elements". This device, equipped with automatic control and detection system as well as automatic information feedback and storage system, has made Zhongshan's "First Set of Major Technical Equipment" list and applied for many national invention patents.

Multiple devices are operating in CTR China's perfusion workshop. "Each device can finish the filling of over 1,000 products in one minute without manual operation. This is a real unmanned workshop," Wu introduced.
