The launch ceremony of the CNOOC New Energy Guangdong headquarters project was held in East District on the morning of August 1. Ye Hongguang, Standing Committee member of the CPC Zhongshan Municipal Committee and deputy mayor of Zhongshan, extended his congratulations and issued the business license to CNOOC (Guangdong) Comprehensive Energy Co Ltd.

The headquarters project will serve the development of new energy industries in Guangdong, Guangxi and other regions. It will mainly engages in the development and operation of offshore wind power, terrestrial photovoltaic and other projects, provide integrated comprehensive energy solutions, and make contributions to the green, leaping development of Zhongshan and Guangdong.
