To maintain technological leadership, Joinet invests more than 5% of its annual revenue in technology research and innovation. The company has a professional R&D team of more than 30 members and maintains long-term collaborations with prestigious universities such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology and Sun Yat-sen University.

"The new production lines we introduce this year are equipped with the latest AI-powered plugins, which further improve the qualified rate of intelligent components and controllers," said Xu Bohua, adding that the 6 operating production lines are fully automated. To foster new productive forces, Joinet also plans to construct 30 SMT production lines, 20 THT lines, 10 automated coating lines, and a smart warehouse capable of storing 150,000 types of electronic components and materials.

Looking ahead, Joinet will increase its investment in research and development in smart robots, home appliances, kitchen and bathroom appliances, energy storage, and electronic components for new energy vehicles.
