Rows of mirror lights destined for overseas markets cast a soft glow on the testing platform at the workshop of Jusheng company in Zhongshan's Henglan Town.

The phone of Jiang Shunyuan, the company's general manager, suddenly rang. A transoceanic call brought in a new order worth over one million US dollars.

While competitors are fiercely competing in the red ocean, Jusheng chooses to carve out a niche in mirror lights, which only accounts for only 0.1% of the industry share.

In this small segment, Jusheng has built a patent moat, with over 200 domestic patents, 100 US patents, dozens of EU patents, and brand registrations across 18 countries, creating a formidable barrier that deters would-be imitators.

Within Jusheng's 30,000-square-meter factory area, six closely connected workshops, specializing in CNC metalworking, injection molding, acrylic processing and more, form a vertically integrated production ecosystem where even screws undergo in-house manufacturing.

This company, with fewer than 100 employees, has achieved a 10% year-to-date increase in overseas exports. On Amazon, Jusheng maintains the NO.1 position in sales volume within the mirror light category.

"In 2024, our direct exports to overseas areas exceeded 10 million US dollars, while exports through other cross-border e-commerce platforms also reached 60-70 million yuan," said Jiang Shunyuan.

"Jusheng's R&D pace is incredible. It can launch 50 new products per year, and it takes only three months from concept to mass production," a Canadian buyer said at Jusheng's show room.
