With a total investment of 10 billion yuan and planning area of 6 square kilometers, Guzhen will build a CBD in the central town by taking Zhongxing Road as the axis and the Century Lighting King Building as the heart. It focuses on making a “four areas and one circle”, say service industrial cluster area, lighting culture displaying area, modern lighting business area, high-end business area and a commercial circle of lighting and tech products.

At present, the construction is going on smoothly. According to Su En’ming, the mayor of the town, it will take three to five years to build the CBD and the Lighting Exhibition is planned to move to the CBD.
