The 6-day China (Dachong) Rosewood Furniture Fair closed yesterday and the contract turnover topped 1 billion yuan, an increase of 35% than that of last year, according to rough estimates.

A Dealer Convention was also held during the fair and attracted more than 200 thousand traders and tourists, among which 4500 are professional buyers, 50% increase than that of last year.

Many entrepreneurs in Dachong set out to seize market shares in recent years. They also attached much attention to the design and marketing of products. For example, “Hongguxuan” is seeking for partnerships all over the country; “Hongfa” also promoted its brands in Australia. With more attention paid to brand marketing and promotion, many franchisees placed their orders in this fair.
