The 18th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) held in Guangzhou brought together more than 2,000 enterprises at home and abroad. Over 10 specialized and sophisticated SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) that produce novel and unique products including Guangdong Huilipu Intelligent Technology Co and Zhongshan Competent Automation Equipment Co took part in to win orders.
Zhongshan's exhibition area drew wide attention. Guangdong Boil Electronic Technology Co, one of the participating companies, attracted buyers with its newly developed smart watches, voice-controlled helmets, flicker-free eye-care desk lamps and other products.
Located at the ZOS-Park in Torch Development Zone, the company has more than 20 employees, 60% of which are R&D staff, and it sees stable and rapid development. The company aims to promote its brand and carry out researches on its production through the fair.
In the first two days, the company had attracted many foreign and domestic clients. "In the second half of this year, we will actively tap into the Southeast Asian, European and American markets, focusing on such products as smart watches and flicker-free desk lamps," said Jiang Hongbo, general manager of the company.
In Zhongshan, there are currently 133 municipal specialized and sophisticated SMEs and single-product champion enterprises, 938 innovative SMEs, 458 provincial specialized and sophisticated SMEs, and 18 "little giant" enterprises. These enterprises focus on such fields as equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, biomedicine, optical optoelectronics, small home appliances, and LED lighting.
