"Conducting industrial park renovation can provide space for production line upgrading and help promote the industrial upgrading of enterprises," said a head of an enterprise that had just moved into the Waisha Industrial Park in Shenwan Town at the issuing ceremony of the first tranche of relocation fund for enterprises involved in the industrial park renovation campaign on December 13.

To properly resettle enterprises in low-efficiency industrial parks and motivate them to take part in the industrial park renovation, on December 13, Shenwan issued one-time subsidies of 200,000 yuan to three eligible enterprises.

Shenwan will further grant the three enterprises a total of 2 million yuan as subsidies on factory rent for up to two years based on their rental areas after relocation.
