Xiaolan’s Financial Building will break ground at the end of this month. So far, all greening trees in Min’an Square have been transplanted to make preparation for the construction of Financial Building.

It is reported that Financial Building, which has an investment of 700 million yuan and an area of about 90 thousand square meters including a main block, an attached building, and two underground parking floors, is co-designed by a building design office in Japan and the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province. The main building, which has 20-stories, is grade A office, and the attached building provides supporting facilities for the main building, and the underground parking has about 1,000 parking lots. The whole project is expected to be finished in three years and be put into use in 2014.

The Financial Building will play an important role in turning Xiaolan Town into a local financial service center so as to attract more diversified financial services institutions as well as develop corporation head offices and clearing houses.
