OLED lights, embodiment of the most advanced technology in lighting, are more like natural light and more energy-saving and environment-friendly than LED lights. Recently, a set of OLED lamps will be installed in the first-floor hall of the township government building and lamps of OLED technology will replace in three phases all the lighting in the hall. In this way, the township government hopes to keep more local lighting enterprises updated with the most current lighting technology and encourage them to develop OLED technology.
This set of OLED lamps, 7 lights in total and 3 patterns in design, was sent as a gift to Xiaolan township government on May, 1 by a Japanese electronic group. This is the first time for a Japanese enterprise to export its OLED lights abroad.
As is learned, the advantage of OLED lighting majorly lies in energy-conservation. As an organic luminophore, an OLED lamp consumes far less energy than a LED lamp and compared with an incandescent lamp, the CO2 emission of an OLED lamp will be reduced by 90%.
