The complex will combine various functions in one, such as R & D center, trade center, demonstration center, service center and logistics center.

Early this year, Guzhen amazes the public with its plan to invest 4 billion yuan to build the largest demonstration and trade center. According to the plan, in 5 years Guzhen will establish 30 chain stores in China’s major cities and set up a global purchase center for Guzhen-made lighting products.

In 5 years, the complex will house 300 headquarters and R & D centers as well as 600 flagship demonstration centers, realize 8 billion yuan in purchase quantity and 500 million yuan in taxation, provide 40000 job opportunities, and offer living space for 20000 people.
