It is reported that the annual output value of Guzhen’s lighting products will reach 40 billion Yuan by 2015. A complete lighting products e-commerce platform accounting for over 10% of the annual sales value will be established. To become the international lighting products industrial center, Guzhen plans to nurture 1 to 2 world class enterprises with annual sales value over 2 billion Yuan and more than 30 enterprises with annual sales value over 100 million Yuan.

In the coming five years, according to the plan, the LED new light source industry will focus on application and marketing to build China’s largest LED exhibition and sales center and new light source manufacturing and demonstration center. The town government will increase financial subsidies to encourage the introduction of advanced LED equipment, the establishment of LED testing and inspection platform. The LED landscape illumination demonstration project in the town center and the construction of “LEDCITY” will be fully implemented. The town government will spare no effort to create China’s LED application and marketing base in Guzhen.
