This year’s 3·28 was a rewarding fair for Fusha Town which swooped 30 contracts, bringing home 1 project with an expected annual tax income of 40 million yuan, 5 projects of 20 million yuan, and 2 projects of 120 million yuan. The state tax plus local tax is about to reach 602.3 million yuan, increasing by 38.95% compared to last year.

As an important manufacturing base of shower room as well as an industrial base of fine chemistry industry, Fusha didn’t rest assured with the achievements. To provide a further boost, it placed its focus on optimizing environment for development. The efforts were paid off. Now Fusha has become the destination of capital transfer and industrial cluster. The developing speed is so astounding that it’s named Fushan Speed.

By Mar. 13, Fusha has secured 30 contracts, leasing 1300 mu of land. Among them, there are about 20 projects with output value surpassing100 million yuan. The 20 projects alone are expected to generate 250 million yuan of tax income and 350 million yuan of output value in 3 years.

This year’s 3·28 has brought Fusha 10 inbound investment projects, of which five are foreign funded and the other five are domestic funded. The town attracted $ 535 million of investment and $ 292.5 million of registered capital from abroad and 390 million yuan of investment from other cities in China. It has fulfilling 177% of the task assigned by the municipal government, one of the towns overfulfilling all of the three indexes the municipal governments assigned.
