Zhongshan Government signed the letter of responsibility on urban-rural financial service integration comprehensive reform pilot site with Guzhen and Sanxiang yesterday

Zhongshan will build Cuiheng New District into a finance opening and innovation pilot site so as to establish a specialized financing platform for medium-, small- and micro-sized enterprises in the specialized town.

Guangdong Provincial People’s Government and Party Committee have expressed their support for this plan recently. Mayor Chen Maohui revealed on the Municipal Finance Working Conference held yesterday that Cuiheng New District will be built into a finance opening and innovation pilot site. As planned, the pilot site will introduce financial institutions from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as the Green Bank featuring patent results trading, strive to build a financial center and a financial products R&D base, and expand the cross-border payment and settlement of RMB.

Mayor Chen Maohui expressed on the conference that a financing service center for SMEs will be established in the specialized town to build a financing platform for medium-, small- and micro-sized enterprises, and help them handle the difficulties in financing and financing costs.
