According to the press conference held by Shaxi Town yesterday afternoon, Shaxi Town was awarded “Capital of Rosewood Furniture of China”at the fourth council of the third National Federation of Furniture Industry held in Beijing recently.

The industry of rosewood furniture in Shaxi Town can be dated back to the end of the 1970s. Shaxi has 413 rosewood furniture companies with an output of 7 billion yuan. It also has a number of large specialized markets such as Longdu Rosewood Furniture Exhibition Center, Longdu Rosewood Furniture Trade Center and so on. It has gathered a large number of rosewood furniture brands, as the largest rosewood marketplace.
