Provincial leaders Wang Rong and Tang Bingquan visit Sun Yat-sen’s former residence.

Accompanied by Chen Liangxian and Qiu Shuhong, provincial leaders Wang Rong and Tang Bingquan arrived in Zhongshan yesterday to inspect the innovation-based development strategy of Zhongshan.

Wang Rong expressed that Zhongshan has strong development momentum. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, Shenzhen-Maoming Raiway, intercity railways, and the construction of Cuiheng New District highlight the geographical position of Zhongshan. Guangdong provincial government intends to turn the Pearl River Delta into an innovation base. Zhongshan’s innovation-based development strategy is promising. He encouraged Zhongshan municipal leaders to hold firmly to the belief of innovation-based development strategy.
