Tsuihang New District has approved the Three "Ten-Billions" Action Plan (2022-2024) fot High-quality Development on May 17.

According to the Action Plan, starting from this year, Tsuihang New District will give full play to the policy effect and financial capital leverage. In the coming 3 years, it will invest no less than 3 billion yuan as support funds to drive annual completed investment of 10 billion yuan each in project landing, industrial renovation and new project introduction as well as to realize an annual fixed-asset investment of at least 30 billion yuan.

Tsuihang New District is currently the most popular area for investment and construction in Zhongshan. In 2021, a total of 24 industrial projects were started in Tsuihang New District, and 13 projects were newly introduced. The annual investment for new projects exceeded 10 billion yuan, and the investment volume ranked first in Zhongshan.
