The groundbreaking ceremony of the Estlonda 5G Innovation Industrial Park was held in Torch Development Zone (Minzhong District) on May 24.

The project is located in the Optoelectronic and Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park, one of the top 10 theme industrial parks in Zhongshan. It covers a land area of 35 mu (2.33 hectares), with a planned total investment of 400 million yuan and a total construction area of about 83,000 square meters. Upon completion, its estimated annual output value will be 740 million yuan and the annual tax revenue will reach 36 million yuan.

Eastlonda, investor of the project, is a national high-tech enterprise headquartered in Longhua District, Shenzhen. It is mainly specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of mobile phone signal jammers, amplifiers, detectors and other communication equipment. It is China's largest manufacturer of phone signal jammers, occupying an 80% of the market share.
