Deputy Mayor Tang Ying, with other responsible persons from relevant health departments, conducted quarterly inspection of the hygienic condition on the public yesterday afternoon. After careful examination of several major trunk roads and three densely populated areas, they spoke positively of the hygienic work.

Zhongshan successfully became one of the “National Hygienic Cities” as early as in 1995. After more than ten years of hard work, the hygienic condition in Zhongshan has been constantly improved by efforts from every walk of life. In recent years, Zhongshan has been increasing investment in infrastructure and functional facilities to speed up the hygienic development in towns and districts; further more, every administrative office of various districts in the urban area has set up sound review system in hygienic inspection. All the locals and non-locals are satisfied with Zhongshan's hygienic condition.
