On April 26, a grand groundbreaking ceremony for the Junhua Xincheng urban complex project was held, which symbolizes the municipal government’s acceleration in the speed of promoting the high standard urban construction of the eastern district. Located on Bo’ai Road, the project has a total investment of over 10 billion Yuan, and a planning construction area of about 1.5 million square meters.

The urban construction of the eastern district represents the direction of Zhognshan’s urban development and expansion. With a planning construction area of 1.5 million square meters, the Junhua Xingcheng urban complex project will combine the functions recreation, shopping, residence, finance, business, and education, including the first five-star hotel in eastern district, and the first leisure shopping center in Zhongshan with an planning construction area of 150, 000 square meters. The Junhua Xingcheng urban complex project aims to become the first world-class urban complex and a brand new landmark on the west bank of the Pearl River.
