The "City Hall", the first major project of Zhongshan OCT Harbour, opened for the public on December 25.

The City Hall integrates the unique connection of stone and water in Shiqi culture. When you enter the exhibition hall, there are two boulders leaning against each other and no vertical wall on the facade of the building. The large stones look natural and the minimalist aesthetics and modern style complement each other.

Zhongshan OCT Harbour is located in Qijiang New Town, covering an area of nearly 300,000 square meters. Total investment in this area surpasses 8 billion yuan with supporting projects such as the LOHAS community. Zhongshan OCT Harbour is planned to be completed sometime after 2023.
