Starry Sky, a children's stage drama created by the Zhongshan Young Pioneers in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC premiered at the Grand Theater of Zhongshan Culture & Art Center on the evening of May 30.
The gorgeous stage design and lighting effects, advanced stage controls, and CRT technology show the touching stories of children in the mountain villages in Yunnan and the coming-of-age stories of young pioneers in Zhongshan under the starry sky, inheriting the ideals and beliefs of the revolution.
The play will be broadcast live on the morning of the Children's Day to provide a vivid recollection to over 400,000 young pioneers in Zhongshan.
Tickets for this public performance can be received for free with participation in fixed donation activities. The donations raised will be used to assist autistic teenagers and their families in Zhongshan and to carry out related public welfare programs.
