With the theme of "The Tides of Lingnan", the 2023 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fine Arts Exhibition opened on October 10 at the Zhongshan Museum of Art and will run until November 12.

This exhibition features nearly 200 outstanding artworks from 11 GBA cities, including Chinese paintings, oil paintings, watercolor (gouache) paintings, prints, lacquer paintings, sculptures, cartoons and digital paintings.

The displayed artworks vividly portray the determined and optimistic spirit of the GBA, showcasing the development and changes of the times. Through multi-dimensional perspectives and rich painting languages, these excellent works present the beauty of nature, urban landscapes and cultural elements of the GBA in an artistic way.

The exhibition includes the main venue at the Zhongshan Museum of Art, a parallel session at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Library, and an online VR version.
