On November 13th, the first eastern district teacher and student culture festival was launched at the audiovisual broadcasting training center. Following the opening ceremony, 200 works of fine arts and handwriting from primary and middle school in eastern district were displayed. Aiming to popularize and improve the art education in the district, the biennial festival include display of primary and middle school students’ works of fine arts and handwriting and teacher and student fun-joining activities.
