With a theme of “flying towards the sun”, the closing ceremony of 1st Arts Festival of teachers and students in eastern district was held in Zhongshan Culture and Arts Center on the evening of 19th. More than 1,300 teachers and students gathered together to celebrate the festival with singing and dancing.
