In the recently-released list of the 5th batch of Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage, time-honored Xiaolan embroidery and Huangpu dragon boat race are respectively included in the categories of traditional art and folk art. To date, Zhongshan is home to 6 national intangible cultural heritage and 8 provincial intangible cultural heritage.
