Zhongshan Municipal Museum and Nanhai District Museum of Foshan City are going to hold an exhibition of Kang Youwei’s manuscript in joint efforts to represent Kang’s patriotism and reform courage to the world. Besides, visitors can also feel the charming brought by Kang’s writing style and calligraphy.

A total of 160 manuscripts from Nanhai District Museum are to be showed in this exhibition in the styles of political comments, letters, notes, poems and name cards. They were for personal communication, but also full of social and political information, which is the rare first-hand historical documents for the later generations to study his political views, thoughts and calligraphy.
