Recently a team of entrepreneurs from lighting companies in Guzhen drove to Jiangda Primary School at Gongbujiangda County, Tibet, May 18. They donated lamps worth 200 thousand Yuan to local students, monks, and impoverished people.
After setting out from a hotel in Golmud, the driving team met with food and water shortage because of lack of experience. What's worse, the team suffered from altitude stress such as headache, chest distress, and short of breath. Listening to the advice of a kind Tibetan, they chose to drive through the icy lake and finally arrived at the destination.
