The 5th South Think Tank Forum organized by Guangdong Provincial Federation of Social Sciences was held in Guangzhou yesterday with the theme of Opening wider & China’s future. Qiu Shuhong, president of Zhongshan CPPCC Committee, is invited to the forum where he gives the keynote speech entitled Guangdong thinking to China strategy – on Contemporary Values of Sun Yat-sen culture for opening wider.

In his speech, Mr. Qiu points out that Guangdong is the origin of Chinese contemporary history and the cuddle of Chinese contemporary culture while the great Sun Yat-sen is the soul of the Chinese contemporary culture. It’s of great special and practical significance to discover and discuss the modern value of Sun Yat-sen culture towards Chinese reform and opening up that is as well to be proceeded along with the construction of innovation-oriented country, the implementation of the two 100-year plan, and the rejuvenation of China to stand proudly in the family of nations.
