The National Housing Ministry, Culture Ministry and Finance Ministry recently announce the first batch of China Traditional Villages. 646 villages have been listed nationally, among which 40 ones are in Guangdong Province. Cuiheng Village, Nanlang Town is on the list. 

The first batch of China Traditional Village are chosen through local recommendation and appraisal based on the evaluating system. Later, related departments will continuously appraise and elect China Traditional Village.
