A cultural trip organized by CPPCC Zhongshan Committee to seek for Sun Yat-sen Spirit along the major railroads among 7 major cities recently kicked off in Cuiheng Village, the birthplace of the forerunner of democratic revolution. Sun Bisheng, descendant of Dr. Sun Yat-sen as well as honorary consultant of Association of Sun Yat-sen Studies, participated in the event in company with his wife. The couple, both almost 80 years old, accomplished the 10,000-km tour, reaching 7 cities that were of great significance in Dr. Sun’s revolutionary career.

The cultural trip is an important complement to the traditional way we memorize Sun Yat-sen in that it not only promotes studies on Sun Yat-sen, but also boost exchange, communication and co-op with other major cities.
