On the morning of March 12, people from all walks of life in Zhongshan gathered at the Former Residence of Dr Sun Yat-sen to hold a brief and solemn ceremony to commemorate the 95th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen's death and deeply cherished the memory of the great pioneer of democratic revolution.

At the memorial ceremony, all participants paid tribute to the portrait of Dr Sun Yat-sen in silence. Later, representatives of nearly 40 units and organizations, including the Zhongshan Municipal Party Committee of the CPC, Zhongshan Municipal People's Congress, Zhongshan Municipal Government, and CPPCC Zhongshan Committee, as well as representatives of Dr Sun Yat-sen's relatives, presented flower baskets to the portrait.
