A delegation of the Jan Ying Benevolent Association in the United States visited Zhongshan from October 17 to 21 for inspection, exchange and gathering activities. The delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Zhongshan's development, explored development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and provided suggestions for the high-quality development of Zhongshan city.
Through this visit to Zhongshan, members can experience the development and changes of the city and seek opportunities for cooperation, said the director during the 20th conference of the Jan Ying Benevolent Association. The association will continue to unite all members, safeguard the rights and interests of Chinese people overseas, show concern and support for the economic and social development of their hometowns, and promote Sino-US friendly cooperation and exchanges.
The delegation also visited the Zhongshan Museum, the Zhongshan History Museum of Overseas Chinese, the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park, and the Star Alliance Global Brand Lighting Center in Guzhen Town.
