Initiated by Zhongshan Daily, the series report on seeking memories and spirits of “maritime silk road” is officially initiated on 16th March. Focusing on exploring historical sites and characters related to the maritime “silk road”, it will re-visit over 20 countries and areas on the road, aiming to find out the precious memories and practical spirits for Zhongshan in accelerating the new opening pattern both domestically and internationally.

As one of the key stops of the maritime “silk road”, Zhongshan plays an essential role. Through this activity, it is hoped that people’s awareness of the sea will be raised and exchange and cooperation between Zhongshan and other countries will be further promoted.
