More than 1,000 villagers feasted

An annual village feast was held in Huilu village of the Torch Development Zone on the evening of 9th September, attracting more than 1,000 villagers attended. As a traditional activity, the history of the feast dates back to Qing Dynasty and is held to feast the villagers and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao on every August 2nd of the Chinese lunar calendar.
