The first local film begin shooting

Press conference of the first local film “Raindrops Falling on Banana Leaves” was held yesterday. Vice Mayor Tang Ying was present at the meeting.

The film talks about the changes and progress of the farmers during the 30 years of reform and opening up. With a total investment of 8 million yuan, the film began shooting on Aug. 5th and will be finished in September.
