“Love to motherland: the 15th ‘Stars Cup’ National Choral Competition” opened at Zhongshan Culture and Art Center last night, attracting 29 choruses with 1,500 participants around the country.

The opening ceremony was glorious with Zhongshan folk arts, showing the charm of Lingnan culture and Zhongshan folk customs. Traditional Zhongshan folk arts troupes, such as Drunk Dragon Dancing, Crane Dancing and Lion Dancing, gave a warm welcome to those 1,200 contestants from 28 teams.
