It has been a long time since Huangpu Town’s dragon boat became popular in Ming Dynasty. A dragon boat named Awe of Water has won the first prize in the dragon racing for a succession of 3 years. As an intangible cultural heritage, the custom of dragon boat racing has been preserved and carried forward.
