Zhangling, the winner of the special award of “Zhongshan Cup” Overseas Chinese Literature Award last year

The press conference of the Second “Zhongshan Cup” Overseas Chinese Literature Award will be held in Beijing, which signifies the officially launch of the award. Zhongshan is the hometown of Dr. Sun Yat-sen as well as a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. The award is to promote the connection with overseas Chinese, enhance the cohesion and solidarity of Chinese and push forward the prosperity of Chinese literature.

The award is divided into main awards and original work awards. All the public issued literature works after the foundation of PRC can take part in the appraisal of main awards; works published on “Chinese Writers” can take part in the appraisal of original works awards. The collect time is from July 2010 to 31, July, 2011.
