On the morning of March 30, in front of the Huangpu Piaose Museum of Peihong Primary School in Huangpu Town, students watching the exquisite Piaose puppets listened carefully to the history of the Huangpu Piaose introduced by Su Zhaoen, an inheritor of Huangpu Piaose.
To protect and pass on traditional cultures, Sanshe Community offered this class to revitalize rural culture and enable young people to learn about Huangpu Piaose and inherit this traditional art.
Huangpu Piaose is one of the intangible cultural heritage projects of Guangdong Province. Since its revival in 1994, it has continued to develop, and is often shown in major festivals. It has become a popular traditional cultural project.
Children were very interested in this traditional art. Through this class, they came to know more about its history.
