The main structure of the joint inspection building, part of the terminal complex in the east area (Ma'an Island) of Tsuihang New District, sealed its top days before. The convention and exhibition center of the terminal complex has also begun construction on its underground infrastructure.

The terminal complex project includes a high-rise landmark building, convention and exhibition center, joint inspection building, Lingnan-style waterfront commercial and cultural street, five-star hotels, cultural facilities, primary schools, quality apartments and high-end residential areas.

The joint inspection building and the convention and exhibition center are the first buildings to start construction. These two buildings that have unique shapes and combine the elements of the Dragon Boat and the Crane Dance, two of Zhongshan's intangible cultural heritage programs, will become new landmarks in Tsuihang New District and even Zhongshan.

The demonstration area of the terminal complex, with commercial, dwelling, office and shool functions, has opened to the public.

In addition, global luxury InterContinental Hotel has recently signed a contract to settle in Vanke's Bay Front. In the future, the terminal complex and its surrounding areas are expected to become an important center in the southern part of the east Tsuihang New District (Ma'an Island).
