Sixty-seven fresh bachelor and master graduates from Harbin Institute of Technology, Sichuan University, Shandong University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Jinan University and other universities gathered at Cuiheng Building for pre-employment training on July 18. After the training, they will join South China Branch of China Railway 12th Bureau Group, a key enterprise in Cuiheng New District, to start their careers in Zhongshan.

South China Branch of China Railway 12th Bureau Group moved into Cuiheng New District in January 2022. To better talent introduction, the company started college student recruitment this year and finally enrolled 67 bachelor and master graduates majoring in civil engineering, safety management, engineering cost management, law, finance, Chinese language and literature, etc.

Each of the new recruits will get a talent subsidy (ranging from 8,000 yuan to 80,000 yuan), and the company will provide them with living and working supplies, as well as pre-employment health examination and training.
