The Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a notice on January 5, announcing to extend the application period for flexible talent introduction living allowances for the year 2021 to February 18, 2022.
According to the implementation rules regarding living allowances for professionals introduced through the flexible talent introduction policy, which came into effect on October 1, 2021, experts who continuously or cumulatively work for enterprises or public institutions in Zhongshan for over one month but less than six months (183 days) every year and met performance expectations are eligible to receive a living allowance of up to 300,000 yuan.
Entities qualified for flexible talent introduction include:
1) Enterprises that are registered in Zhongshan, with independent legal personality, and have been established for over one year (the starting date of introducing experts must be at least 12 months from the date of the company's establishment);
2) Public institutions within Zhongshan, such as colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, health care and medical institutions, social workinstitutions, etc;
3) Technology R&D and public service platforms established in Zhongshan.
