Zhongshan Public Security Bureau and Zhongshan Science and Technology Bureau jointly set up the a  special service area in Zhongshan Public Service Center to provide more convenient and considerate services for foreign talent working in Zhongshan.

In future, afterforeign talent submit the application for a work permit, Zhongshan Science and Technology Bureau will the first time send the materials to Zhongshan Public Security Bureau, and the exit-entry administration department will simultaneously preview the application, which greatly shortens the overall review and approval time.

Zhongshan Science and Technology Bureau will deliver the approved Foreigner's Work Permit and the Decision on Approval of Administrative License to the exit-entry administration department of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau in a timely manner. The applicant can receive both documents from the exit-entry administration department instead of going to two departments separately.

Zhongshan Public Security Bureau and Zhongshan Science and Technology Bureau will continue to cooperate closely with departments at the provincial level to establish an integrated online data system so as to provide "one-stop" service for foreign nationals in applying for work and residence permits by the end of 2022.
