Since the beginning of this year, Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has continued to explore new flexible employment options for key groups such as women, retired military personnel and elderly workers. It launches several special job fairs for mothers and online recruitment activities for key groups from January 27 to April 30. At present, Zhongshan has published 2,406 job opportunities online specially for mothers, across 40 enterprises.
Last year, Zhongshan launched four batches of jobs for mothers, helping more than 400 women find employment near home. The flexible employment model has largely eased the pressure on companies to recruit and retain workers, and it is also an effective attempt to offer full employment for women under the three-child policy.
