The first online advisory platform for overseas Chinese in Zhongshan, Xiao Qiao Ban Shi (小侨办事), opened on March 4.

Overseas Chinese can get access to the platform through the menu bar of the WeChat account of Zhongshan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (中山侨联).

This platform has four features: Affairs Handling, Online Consultation, Manual Service and FAQ. The Affairs Handling feature provides online services related to overseas Chinese, such as handling of identity certificates. The Online Consultation feature allowsoverseas Chinese to leave messages and ask questions.

Zhongshan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese has also set up a special service area on its official website for overseas Chinese.
